Welcome! Your privacy is important to us. This API Privacy Notice explains the data that may be processed through the use of the Aircore, Inc. (“Aircore”, “we”, “us” or “our”) application programming interfaces and software development kits (“SDKs”) (collectively, the “APIs”) made available to you by Aircore pursuant to the Aircore Terms of Service.
This API Privacy Notice does not apply to the personal information Aircore collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes as the data “controller” about developers or other users of our websites (the “Sites”), including www.aircore.io and the related content, platform, services, products, and other functionality offered on or through our services (collectively, the “Services”). Please see the Aircore Privacy Notice for more information about how we process personal information in connection with our Services.
Note that personal information about End Users and other data submitted by or on behalf of developer using the APIs is considered by Aircore to be “Developer Data.” As between each developer and Aircore, each developer is the “controller” of its Developer Data and Aircore does not process Developer Data except to provide the APIs, as further described in the Use of Personal Information section.

In certain instances, Aircore may use Diagnostic Data for internal purposes such as to test, enhance, update and monitor our systems, or troubleshoot or fix technology problems.
We may disclose Developer Data in the following ways:
